Garland Partners Limited (GPL) is an established UK distributor working with several leading suppliers of digital video capture, streaming, transcoding, playback, and storage solutions. We deliver professional end-to-end systems for many applications including Internet TV, mobile TV, live events, IPTV and broadcast services. Based in Warwickshire, GPL was formed in 2003 by Malcolm Harland and Lorna Garrett and has grown consistently over the past seven years. Malcolm previously held senior positions in both Phillips and Hitachi, working in semiconductor, display and system operations. Lorna worked at Marconi and Hitachi. At Hitachi she focused on creating Hitachi High-Technologies' positions in the UK broadcast market with video compression solutions. Collectively the two directors have spent more than 30 years developing business in broadcast, streaming and digital video markets.
