2011 MTV EMA Streamed Live to Global Fans
For the third year running, Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) worked with Garland Partners Limited of the UK to help them stream one of its largest international music events—the 2011 MTV EMA—to fans around the world. Viewers in selected countries were able to watch live as singer-actress Selena Gomez not only hosted the main event, but provided back-stage commentary to fans via MTV’s websites. Read more

15,000 Watch Manchester Graduation Ceremonies...Live from Home
Coordinating 38 university graduation ceremonies over a period of two weeks is a daunting task, particularly considering the importance placed on these events by both students and their families. However, The University of Manchester not only succeeded in doing so, they also ensured that families members unable to attend could watch the events as they were streamed live via the university’s website in Flash format using VBrick encoders supplied by the UK’s Garland Partners Limited.
