Integrated process
Creator Ingest Server is designed with a powerful, hardware-based encoding engine. This allows real-time processing of MPEG-2 and H.264 high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD) master files simultaneously with the low-resolution proxy copy. Using the Creator Real-Time Quality Control (QC) module, results can be verified during and following the encoding process. This creates a single pass procedure and provides significant savings on time and resources. The Creator also provides built-in support for closed caption in SD and HD formats.
Multiple Applications
The Creator supports MPEG-2 and H.264 high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD) video workflows by offering a single content creation platform for broadcasting applications. The Creator creates files that are compatible with the leading video servers vendors for Playout, NLE and Post Production. It offers CableLabs VOD content and Metadata compliancy as well as support for multiplexing formats such as Quick Time, MXF, program streams and transport streams.

Whether you store your assets locally using the internal RAID storage or work with an external centralized storage solution (NAS/SAN), the Creator Ingest Server will write the files directly to your desired storage location. A comprehensive suite of player options provides intuitive and immediate access to the assets and offers viewing, in real-time or playback, of the generated material on a professional monitor or on the computer screen.
