New Account Manager to Assist Garland Partners’ Growth

SHARNFORD, Leicestershire, UK – 1st October, 2008 – Garland Partners Limited (GPL), a leader in the provision of solutions for Internet, Mobile and Corporate TV, and Broadcast Video delivery today announced the addition of Tom Knapper to it’s sales team. As Account Manager, Tom will focus on further increasing the company’s business in the key expanding markets of Enterprise, Government and Education.
Tom brings a strong background in the digital video encoding and streaming markets, having previously worked for a major European distributor of video conferencing and AV equipment. In addition to successfully managing accounts, he worked with System Integrators to specify end-to-end AV solutions. He also has experience in the telecommunications market, and import/export business.

Tom is an honours graduate in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester, is an avid follower of motorsport, and enjoys music, travel and mountain biking in his spare time.
